Hotel with a very old structure, moldy walls and saltpeter. Lack of towels at various times, cheap in the room. The hotel staff still tried to help, we stayed in a slightly better room, but we still had several problems.
Positive points: pool and location. Breakfast ok. Some of the staff were very helpful, the night crowd not so much.

Já havia ficado no hotel, pois todas as semanas venho a trabalho a Natal, e o quarto muito bom com TV nova e Youtube. Só que dessa vez fiquei em um quarto onde a TV só pegava 2 canais e ruins, e eu preciso do Youtube pra trabalho.
Solicitei a mudança de quarto mas a atendente disse que não tem como saber qual quarto possui youtube.
Próxima vez tentarei colocar no pedido da reserva essa solicitação, caso não seja atendido terei que procurar outra acomodação semanal.

O quarto inicial estava com muito mofo nas continas. Coincidentemetne o ar condicionado não esava respondendo ao controle remoto. Acionamos a recepção, que nos trocou prontamente de quarto. O segundo quarto estava limpo , apenas um travesseiro tinha cheiro de cabelo molhado.

Condições do local ruins, banheiro: não sai água direito, sem local pra colocar sabonete e shampoo; cama com pé defeituoso, quarto com rachadura e infiltração na parede, único ponto razoável é localização e atendimento dos funcionários.

O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento foi bom, mas infelizmente, na higiene deixou a desejar, pois vimos que havia baratas pelo quarto, falta de dedetização, e no último dia o chuveiro quente não funcionou.
